Once I started playing with this one, I heard that someone else was doing something similar (Clinton Callahan) and that he had had excellent results with completely turning around trauma responses, doing this 20 minutes every day for 3-6 weeks. Your body learns what it feels like to be in charge instead of victimized or passive. Very powerful.
